Seriously?? (someone please respond)

"Damn!" Heidi cursed as she fell off her skateboard after dodging a dog running towards her on the sidewalk. she tumbled onto the grass, her board rolling out into the road. she looked at her hand, cut up and bleeding. "great" she mumbled and stood up. Heidi went to go get her board, but a red sudan sped past her... and over her board "SERIOUSLY!" she yelled after the car. she cursed to herself as she stared at her board, now broken in peices.

Carlos pushed his foot against the ground getting speed, as he dodged people on the footpath he was riding down on his board. The wind blew quite hard, then blew his hood off, he quickly pulled it back up then glanced around and stopped his board as he saw a girl fall off her board then a car run over it. He shook his head and pulled his finger at the car as they drove past. He knew the guys and they weren't nice people at all. They were mean to people. He picked up his board and walked over to Hedi. "Are you alright?" he asked, as he had seen the whole thing.

Heidi looked at the guy walking up to her "just awesome" she said, heavy sarcasm in her voice. she kicked what was left of her board and ran a hand through her hair, walking back onto the sidewalk. she ran a hand through her hair, then looked at her other hand, which was still bleeding. -mom's gonna freak- she thought to herself

Carlos watched her, he was a quiet guy, only spoke when he needed, and right now, he didn't need to so he was quiet, as he watched her angry. It wasn't like there was much he could do anyway. An idea came into his head, she needed a board so he would give her his. "Here you can have my board, I have a spare at home.." he told her, as he handed it to her.

Heidi looked at the board, then at him and raised an eyebrow "i dont need your board." she said,gently pushing it away "thanks though" she added.she didnt need charity, but she didnt want to seem too rude.

Carlos raised his eye brow like 'What the heck?' but said nothing more, then take the board back and nod his head once then glanced around. Since there was nothing for him to do for this girl he guessed he should leave since she would be fine. "Laters.." he said simply, but in a nice way, not a rude way. He put his board on the ground and pushed with his foot a couple of times and guided his board onto the footpath once again and rode further into town.

Heidi nodded towards him and watched him disapear into town. she sighed and walked home, avoiding her mom when she got there. she cleaned off her hand and put a bandage around it, then went to her room. she went over to the hiding place where she hid her money, so her older brother wouldnt steal it, and started counting. she ended up with around $200. she shoved it in her pocket and walked back downstairs "ill be back soon" she said to her mom. before her mother could object, she rushed out the door. she got into her red mustang convertable and sped into town. she stopped at a bike and skateboard shop and parked. she got out and walked inside and headed towards the skateboard section.

Carlos arrived in town, he jumped off his board and picked it up. It was way busier in town and he could hit someone even though he was pretty skilled at not hitting anyone or anything. He walked around and then decided to head for the skate park. He guessed his mates would probably be there, but he didn't mind. He walked past the bike and skateboard shop and saw Hedi in there, a small smile flicked across his face for a split second then disappeared. He carried on walking past, his hood was still up, he loved his hood, hardly ever took it off.

Heidi's eyes scanned over the skateboards and their prices. she picked one up and looked at it more closely. it had red wheels and on the bottom it had a scrolley design. it wasnt too fancy, but it was cheap and it looked good. she paid for it and went outside, the board under her arm. she glanced down the street, thinking she saw the same guy from before. she shrugged it off and started down the street, not knowing or caring where she was going. anything to keep her out of the house.

Carlos arrived at the skate park, of course his mates were there riding around on their boards. He smiled slightly and rode over to them and then jumped off his board and kept his foot on it so it wouldn't roll off as he greeted his mates. there were girls there, most of them just hung with his mates and him, but so far almost all of them loved Carlos, but he didn't take any notice of them, as he didn't want to like or love them back, cos they were all weird and not that cooler people to hang with. His mates like them though, the girls would like his mates till Carlos came then they would try hook up with him. He was one hang of a gorgeous guy, so no wonder they liked him. Carlos shook hands and slapped his mates backs, then he just said 'Hi' to the 4 girls that were sitting together. He was about to get on his board when one of the girls in particular came up to him and wrapped her arms around him in a hug, he just pushed her off him and stepped back with a shake of his head. "Don't" he said simply, he wasn't exactly a guy to mess with. He wasn't that much into girls at all. He jumped on the board on the skate park and rode around with his mates.

Heidi continued walking, her head down. she came across a small skate park and figured to stop for a bit. she got on her board and rode in, going towards the bowl. she rode down the side and along the sides. she did a few tricks, though her hand still hurt from before when she fell. she saw girls just sitting off to the side and shook her head, then continued skating. she was good, especially for a girl, which was even rarer around their town.

Carlos did some real cool tricks and stuff, then he stopped, "Sorry guys, have to go.." he said and jumped off his board and turned and walk off. As he walked down the street he glanced around and spotted someone on the small stake park which hardld anyone used cos it was small, everyone used the big stake park. However, he stopped as the person caught his eye as he watched them do tricks and such. He smiled slightly and then walked closer to them, he then realized it was the girl he had meet earlier today, she was sooooo good! He was surpirsed, but didn't let it show. He lent against a power pole and watched her away off. He could see her clearly, but he was interested in the way she could handle her board like all the guys.

Heidi rode to the top and stopped. she flipped her board up and grabbed it.she sighed and looked around. she saw someone watching her. she quickly looked away and got on her board again as if she didnt see him. she stared to ride down the street towards her house, realizing it was a mistake, because she had to pass the person watching her. she looked at him out of the corner of her eye and realized it was the same guy from before

Carlos watched her leave then sighed and turned and walked home the other way. Getting home, he walked up to his room and placed his board on the ground and went and had a shower, once done he glanced at the clock and realized he was late for the stake board show thing that was going to be on. He grabbed his board and went down stairs and then rode to the show. Heaps of people were there, he liked what the stunt guys were doing, it looked fun. You were aloud to get up and have a go, but no one was that kean. But Carlos wanted to, but he hung back for a while.

Heidi rode around town, her ipod earphones plugged into her ears, her music blasting.she saw a huge gathering of people, and with her curiosity getting the best of her, she rode over. she looked around at all the people, their boards, and the tricks people were doing. she smiled a little and turned her ipod off. she saw the same guy from before, once again. she sighed and got up the nerve to go over to him. "i seem to run into you a lot" she said to him, standing behind him

Carlos turned as as sudden voice came from behind hi, he recognized the girl to be the one he had helped, he gave a small smile at her comment, "Yeah... Possibly could be because we like doing the same things.." he said, tapping his skate board. He turned his head to look at the guys doing the stunts, "They say its open to anyone.. I wanna go up, you should go up too.. Your real good." he told her, as he turned his head back around to face her.

Heidi smiled a little and looked at the guys doing the stunts, then shook her head "im not that good. ill just look like an idiot" she said and looked back at him "but you should go." she said "Im Heidi, by the way" she shrugged

Carlos smirked at Hedi, "Yeah whatever, your real good! If I go, you can come too, okay!" he said, chuckling at her, then looking at the guys doing some real cool stunts, then he glanced back at her as she said her name, "Carlos.." he replied simply, but not rudely.

(Sorry I haven't answered in ages, our PC has crashed so haven't been able to get on. I'll try answer whenever I can at the library, but it might be a while.. So yeah, sorry..)

Heidi nodded and looked at the stunt guys, thinking. "you go up i will" she said, not looking at him. she didnt want to go up there, because she knew she wouldnt be able to compare to the other skaters. she sighed quietly and played with her board under her foot as she watched, studying their movements.

Carlos threw her a cheeky look, and turned and walked over to where the guys were doing some amazing stunts, he placed his board down and jumped on it, and pushed off with his foot, slowly getting up his speed, then he headed for a grind bar. Carlos neatly jumped up onto it and did a perfect grind then he jumped off it, doing an Ollie as he came off. He glanced around for Hedi, finding her he called out to her. "You have to come!" he said, with a smirk then went back to doing what he loved best. Skateboard. The other guys were all happy to see him do some stunts and such with them, they hardly ever got people this good from the crowd coming out and joining in with them.

A smile brightened Heidi's features and she made her way through the crowd. she heard whisperes, rude remarks and laughs as they watched her get on her board. she clenched her jaw and pushed off with one foot. she grinded on the bar, then jumped off, did a kickflip, then went down one of the ramps and did a 180 off of it. she glanced at the people who had been laughing at her, and they were looking at her, shocked. she smirked and rode past Carlos and smiled

Carlos smirked playfully at Hedi, he was rather surprised at himself for talking so much and being rather open with this girl. He was usually closed up and hardly said a word when it came to girls, he never really took a fancy to them, he never thought anything of them. He usually liked being alone quiet a bit, but Hedi was different, she wasn't trying to stand out or get his attention, she was just being herself, not a miss popular 'ooohh look at me sort' she just did what came naturally to her, and that was stake board. Carlos shook thoughts from his head and got back to his stake boarding. The guys were all looking in awe at him and Hedi do awesome hand grabs and many more cool things!

Heidi kept riding her skate board and doing tricks, just enjoying herself. she was still keeping her gaurd up with Carlos, but had a feeling that she might be able to talk to him more as time went on, that is if they continued to talk, which she wasnt sure of quite yet. after a bit, she left the group of guys and went over to the snack bar set up there and got a bottle of water

Carlos pulled a few more tricks and then saw Hedi leave, he too decided to call it quits. Sterling the board over to the side of the thing he then jumped off and stood on the sidelines watching he others. He didn't go over to Hedi, he didn't really feel like talking to a girl, or anyone actually, but she was different, he could talk to her way better than most girls, he just wasn't that into them. He turned and walked off, glancing over his shoulder at Hedi, he stopped and thought he better go say bye. He turned and walked back over to her, "Hey I'm going.. Laters." he said and turned and walked off. He wasn't mad or nothing, he just felt like going home, he had had enough for one night..

Heidi looked at him "oh... alright. see ya" she said and smiled a little, then looked at the skaters, finding herself feeling slightly disapointed he was already leaving. she sighed and took a sip of her water, and decided also it was time to go home. she put down her board and rode towards her house, listening to her ipod.
